Chris and I want to reach out to all our artists and followers to say you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this Coronavirus pandemic.
Like so many others, our lives and livelihoods are being drastically affected by this global crisis but we want to assure our artists we are here to support you.
While we are unable to waive entry fees for our competitions (as this is our livelihood), we understand and recognize that many of our artists are unable to enter due to financial hardships. However, we want to assure you that we are still here and are still committed to serving our artists and helping them to market their art worldwide.
How are we doing this? We have launched a newly upgraded and redesigned website and we are continuing to host our online art competitions and exhibitions. We are continuing to actively market and promote our artists through all our available outlets. We are continuing to support and encourage our artists to keep positive and keep creating. And we will continue to be here for all of you as an outlet to share your talent with each other and the world because we must all stick together and support each other in this time of crisis.
In that endeavor, we have decided to offer discounted entry fees on our next online art competition. For the 2nd Annual Lines, Shapes & Objects art competition, which launches on April 12th, we are offering a $5 discount on the entry fees. The fees will be $15 for 1 image and $30 for up to 5 images.
Also, our sister gallery, the Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery, is hosting a special “Created in Isolation” online art competition, asking artists to share with us the art they are creating while in self-isolation. This open (no theme) art competition has a specially reduced price of only $5.00 for up to 5 entries. Please feel free to visit the gallery and enter what you are creating while in self-isolation. We will be sharing the exhibition results here on Fusion Art as well.
Finally, both Chris and I want to say thank you to all of you – our artists, friends, family and community of art professionals for being part of our lives and our Fusion Art Gallery family. If there is anything we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will get through this. We will come out on the other side. And most importantly, when we do, we will need the arts and artists more than ever.
Stay safe and healthy!
Chris & Valerie
